Originally owned by the Dzwonkowski family, the manor changed hands in February 1927 to Major Włodzimierz Olszewski, and shortly before the outbreak of World War II, it became the property of the Szaniecki family. After the war, the manor underwent various stages of functional changes, including serving as a public school, and currently, it houses the Gromnik Commune Office.

This charming manor, built by the Dzwonkowski family in the 19th century, captivates with its architecture - a masonry, single-story building with two-story wings, framed in a rectangular form, featuring an impressive columned portico at the front and an elegant columned gallery along the rear wall. It is a true gem of manor architecture that has preserved its original beauty and historical character. Surrounding the manor is a beautiful park from the first half of the 19th century, covering an area of 1.5 hectares, which adds charm to this place and creates an ideal setting for the representative building.
